1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VUCampus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the platform.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• You must not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use.

3. Note Uploading and Copyright

VUCampus allows users to upload, share, and sell study materials. By uploading content:

• You guarantee that you own the rights to the content or have obtained proper permission to share it.
• You retain ownership of your content, but you grant VUCampus a license to host, display, and distribute it on our platform.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates copyright laws or university policies.

4. Premium Notes and Earnings

Users can choose to sell their notes. VUCampus charges a 20% platform fee on all premium sales. The remaining 80% is credited to the seller's account. Earnings can be withdrawn once the minimum threshold (৳50) is reached.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform to upload malicious files, spam, fake materials, or content that promotes hate speech or illegal activities. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension.
