Refund Policy

1. General Policy for Digital Goods

Because VUCampus offers digital study materials (PDFs) that can be downloaded instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the file has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Eligible Cases for a Refund

We understand that sometimes technical issues occur. You may be eligible for a refund under the following strict conditions:

  • Corrupted File: The downloaded PDF is unreadable, corrupted, or completely blank, and the uploader fails to fix it within 48 hours.
  • Misleading Content: The content of the note is entirely different from what was advertised in the title, subject, or description (e.g., claiming to be CSE notes but containing BBA notes).
  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the exact same note due to a system glitch.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • You simply changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You bought the wrong note by mistake.
  • You expected higher quality handwriting or specific topics that were not explicitly mentioned in the note's description.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you meet the eligible criteria for a refund, you must contact our support team within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase. Please email fahadislam.fir@gmail.com with your bKash Transaction ID, the Note Title, and proof of the issue (e.g., screenshots).

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original bKash account within 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.
